NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – Officers with the North Charleston Police Department are searching for a man who has been missing for nearly a month. 63-year-old Clifford Anderson was last seen on Ashley Phosphate Road on Oct. 15, according to Harve Jacobs, spokesperson for North Charleston PD. Anderson is six feet three inches tall and weighs about 180 pounds.
