BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- Upside Academy and emPOWERment have teamed up for their second annual Thanksgiving Grocery Shopping Spree. If you know a Kern County family who could use some extra support during the upcoming holiday season, nominate them for a chance to win.
