Ibrahim said the man told him and his co-worker to go inside the store and get behind the counter.
He said the group took out a hammer and smashed the glass window and a pickup truck reversed into the store. The group then threw a chain around the ATM and yanked it out of the store.

“They took our phone. Actually, they didn’t do anything on us, but they also took some stuff from the store like small cigarettes, rolling papers, and sheets,” said Ibrahim.
Thankfully, no one was hurt, but the incident left customers infuriated.
“It's the third time it's happened at the store. [...] "I'm aggravated. I'm upset that this is happening in my neighborhood,” said one customer named Moe.
Police said the suspects stole a phone belonging to one of the store clerks.
Currently, it is unknown if the group got away with any of the money.
The incident is under investigation by the Alexandria Police Department.
