MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Md. (DC News Now) -- Police said officers have arrested and charged a 31-year-old man with indecent exposure after he allegedly exposed himself at two businesses in Montgomery County.
According to the Montgomery County Department of Police (MCPD), at around 10:15 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 31, the suspect, Steven Randolph, entered a Ledo's Pizza in the 3400 block of Olney Laytonsville Road while employees were preparing to open for business.
After an employee told Randolph they were not yet open, they told police that they turned to see Randolph exposing himself in the middle of the restaurant.

The employee screamed, and Randolph ran out of the establishment.
Upon investigating, police identified Randolph as the suspect, and a responding officer remembered seeing a man matching his description at a nearby business earlier in the day.
Officers then obtained surveillance video of Randolph, further confirming his identity, according to police.
