SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) - American International College (AIC) will be hosting its Veterans Day ceremony on Tuesday. City of Springfield Hosts Annual Veterans Day Parade According to AIC, this annual event brings the campus together to remember those who've served. This ceremony is sponsored by the AIC multi-generational Alumni Veterans Committee, which is composed of alumni who span more than 50 years. The ceremony is set to begin at 11:00 a.m. and will hold several tributes at the Schwartz Campus Center auditorium, including the Missing Man Table presentation by Westover Air Reserve Base. The event will finish off with the reading of It Is the Soldier by Douglas Mattson, a wreath presentation by the Veterans Alumni Committee, and the playing of Taps.
