Water restored at Lincoln County schools, boil advisory in effect
Nov 12, 2024
STANFORD, Ky. (ABC 36 NEWS NOW) — Water has been restored at Lincoln County High School and Middle School, and classes will resume as scheduled Tuesday.
The district says the water disruption was due to a leak with Stanford Waterworks, which led to Monday’s cancellation of classes.
However, the schools are now under a boil water advisory. Officials say water bottles will be provided to staff and students until the advisory is lifted.
