LEXINGTON, Ky. (ABC 36 NEWS NOW) — The Fayette County Coroner has identified the woman who died after being struck by a car on Monday as 43-year-old Angelina Wells. According to Lexington police, Wells was hit around 6 p.m. while walking on Winchester Road. Authorities say no charges are expected to be filed against the driver.
