NEENAH, Wis. (WFRV) - Police say they responded to a recent incident in which a suspect took someone else's car and parked it themselves following a dispute over parking. According to a release from the Neenah Police Department, the owner of a car was arguing with someone else in a parking lot before leaving his car running and unlocked prior to entering the business. Officers say that after the man went inside the business to make purchases, he returned outside to find the vehicle missing. City of Sheboygan investigating “unauthorized access” to network by an external party Police were able to find the car just moments later parked in the parking lot of an adjacent business with the keys locked inside. Officers say they now need the public's help in identifying the suspect involved in what they are calling an incident of Operating a Motor Vehicle Without Owner's Consent. Anyone with information about the suspect or the incident is asked to contact the Neenah Police Department.
