BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) --After the Monday's wind and rain storm we're getting a break today. Kern County will see gradual clearing skies and temperatures near 60 degrees Tuesday afternoon. The next storm will arrive late Thursday and will last until Saturday morning. The Golden Empire was blanketed with an intense storm, known as a Haboob, after 4 p.m. Monday.
