Syracuse man arrested after threatening partner with gun, barricading himself in home

Syracuse, N.Y. — A man was arrested Monday after threatening his partner with a gun and barricading himself inside a Syracuse home, police said.A 24-year-old woman told officers that the man, Kendell Johns, 36, had threatened her with a gun during a dispute, according to a news release from the Syracuse Police Department.
