KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- A Vietnamese coffee shop is seeing business boom after being vandalized last week.
The Kansas City community is turning up to show its support.
Early Wednesday morning, Nov. 6, surveillance video shows a person getting out of a car and damaging the storefront of Café Ca Phe.
Bety Le Shackelford with Café Ca Phe says the business is all about giving back to the community and providing a safe place for everyone.

"Nothing was taken. It was just a show of force that made us all feel really threatened given the timing of everything with the election," Shackelford said.
But over the weekend, it was the business that was getting support.
"By 10 there was already people waiting outside waiting to come in," Shackelford said. "That really got me emotional, just to see how they showed up."
A line outside the door. Sales doubling every day they were open. Extra baristas called in to help.
All because of customers like Sara Armfield and Gabriel Nehrbass who stopped by the coffee shop after seeing what happened on social media.
"My jaw was on the floor I was shocked. I didn't even have words I knew we were localish and I wanted to support in whatever ways we could," Armfield said.
"I think there's a lot of challenges that those diverse communities are going to face in the coming days and years, we cant change everything but its important to play the parts that we can," Nehrbass said.
That part, may just seem like a purchasing a cup of coffee, but to this business, it's a sign that after the bad, comes the good.
"We love you so much and we appreciate everything you give back to us and we promise to give you everything back in tenfold," Shackelford said.

The business has plans for how they want to give back to the community. It's working on launching a nonprofit.
