Payne is described as 511 and 173 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes, last seen wearing a black sweatshirt and blue jeans.Payne is missing from Delphi, Indiana, and was last seen on Monday, Nov. 10 at 9:24 a.m.He is believed to be in extreme danger and may require medical assistance.Anyone with information should contact the Logansport Police Department at 574-722-6060 or 911.
