Columbia, SC (WOLO) — Mayor Daniel Rickenmann and district leaders held a Town Hall Monday evening to discuss City improvements made this year and the near future with the public. According to the Mayor crime has gone down, with shootings especially going down 45% percent. Other issues that came up during the meeting include more investment with housing and using abandoned lots for those pieces of property. Finlay Park is expected to be finished by this time next year.
