PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — Multiple engines responded to the scene of a fire in Providence on Monday afternoon. Crews were called to Harris Avenue just after 2 p.m. Safety Battalion Chief Mark Randall said the fire started on the third floor and was under control within half an hour.
