Police identify man killed in shooting at Rock Creek Cemetery

WASHINGTON (DC News Now) -- The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) said it has identified a man shot and killed at Rock Creek Cemetery on Saturday afternoon.
Police said that on Nov. 9 at about 4:50 p.m., they responded to Rock Creek Cemetery at the 5000 block of First Street for the report of a shooting.
When officers arrived at the scene, they found a man who was not conscious or breathing at the rear of the cemetery.
Man arrested for stabbing person in Northwest DC, police say
The man died there.
The victim was identified as 22-year-old Brandon Ward, of Northwest, D.C.
