BURRILLVILLE, R.I . (WPRI) -- An investigation is underway after there was a fatal accident in Burrillville. According to police, they were called to Victory Highway early Saturday morning for a reported construction accident. When first responders arrived on scene, they were able to determine the victim, who has not yet been identified, had died. Police said that OSHA and the R.I.
