NEW LONDON, Ohio (WJW) -- Three people were shot, and one person is dead after a shooting at an Ohio senior living facility late Friday morning.  According to the New London Police Department, the shooting took place at the Windy Acres senior living retirement facility just after 10:50 a.m. Applebee’s, IHOP to open first combo restaurant in US Police said there are two shooting victims, and the suspected shooter is dead. According to police at the scene, the shooter was a resident of the facility, who shot two employees.
