Indiana mother missing since September; family offers $1,500 reward

SCOTT COUNTY, Ind. — Police in southern Indiana are still looking for a missing mother of three who has been missing since September. Her family is now offering a $1,500 reward.
Amanda D. Martin, a 40-year-old mother of three, was reported missing on Sept. 24 after disappearing from the Frog Pond Road area in eastern Scott County. Police said Martin's family had lost spoken to her on Sept. 13.
"Numerous attempts by Sheriff’s Deputies to locate Amanda Martin have not been successful," officials said in late September. "We feel she is in extreme danger due to a medical or mental illness."
Martin was described by police as a 5-foot, 130-pound woman with long brown hair. Photos of her can be seen below:

Scott County officials gave an update on the search efforts on Oct. 22, saying that Martin had not been found despite "diligently investigating" several leads. They also announced that Martin's family was now offering a reward for information leading to her being found.
In a video update posted to Facebook on Nov. 4, Sheriff Jerry Goodin said that the reward for information on Martin had increased to $1,500.
"Folks, we are still looking for Amanda Martin," Goodin said. "We're still looking for her. We won't give up. Please call if you know anything about Amanda."
