COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– The YMCA’s Youth in Government and Model Legislature Conference took place at the State House. YMCA officials say it provides high school and middle schoolers an opportunity to learn how to solve community problems through the democratic process, as well as debate issues with peers from across the state.
