BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- A Hughson teenager has been identified after being fatally struck by a vehicle in Bakersfield, according to the Kern County Coroner's Office. Jules Lilia Cortes, 17, was killed after being struck by a vehicle in the 18000 block of Panama Lane. The incident occurred on Oct. 27 at about 5:30 a.m. The Bakersfield Police Department is the investigating agency for this incident.
