(KRON) -- The California Highway Patrol has issued an Ebony Alert for Alameda and Contra Costa counties after a woman was reported missing in the East Bay. Lanisha Carr was last seen in San Leandro on Thursday at around 3:30 p.m., authorities said. The Alameda County Sheriff’s Office and CHP are searching for Carr, who is described as 5 feet 4 inches tall and 150 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes. Carr was last seen wearing a tie-dye crop top, dark jeans and black shoes. CHP alerted the community to call 911 if Carr is seen.
