Syracuse, N.Y. – A senior editor at syracuse.com | The Post-Standard was charged Thursday night with driving while intoxicated following a wrong-way collision in Syracuse.John Lammers, senior director of content, was driving an SUV the wrong way on the West Street off-ramp from Interstate 690 eastbound at 9:50 p.m. when he collided with another SUV head-on, Syracuse police spokesman Kieran Coffey said.
