City of Albuquerque partnering to host screening of "It's Basic"

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – The City of Albuquerque and the Mayors for a Guaranteed Income are teaming up to host a screening of the documentary, "It's Basic" as part of the Guaranteed Income Works National Tour.

The screening event will be November 9 from 11 a.m. - 3 p.m. at the KiMo Theatre. 'It's Basic' introduces the audience to participants of guaranteed income pilots. It's meant to show how this impacted the lives and families of guaranteed income recipients. Following the screening there will be a discussion about Albuquerque's guaranteed income initiatives.
