3 suspects arrested in connection to Brook Road murder

HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- The Henrico County Police Division has arrested multiple suspects in connection to a homicide on Brook Road that took place in early September.
At 4:28 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 6, Henrico Police responded to a shooting at the 5700 block of Brook Road. Officers on the scene identified 25-year-old Timothy Dylan Farley, of Maryland, inside of his car. He was pronounced dead on the scene.
On Wednesday, Nov. 6, Henrico Police along with the Lynchburg Police Department, Campbell County Sheriff's Office and the DEA task force arrested three suspects and executed search warrants in connection to the murder.
According to police, the following have been charged in connection to the murder with additional charges:
Mack Banks, 26, of Chesterfield, was arrested for:
Transport with the intent to distribute
Possess with intent to distribute
Attempted robbery
Use of a firearm in attempted robbery
Shooting into an occupied vehicle
Ronnie Peterson, Jr., 29, of Richmond, was arrested for:
Transport with the intent to distribute
Possess with intent to distribute
Attempted robbery
Use of firearm in attempted robbery
Shooting into an occupied vehicle
Charles Goode, 22, of Lynchburg, was arrested for:
Transport with the intent to distribute
Possess with the intent to distribute
