MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- A large fire at a catering business in the Highland Heights area Friday morning was ruled arson, according to the Memphis Fire Department. The business fire caused traffic delays early Friday morning. Summer Avenue was blocked in both directions between Highland Street and Sevier Street.
