KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Olathe police are investigating a deadly crash where they say a woman who walking in the area of Interstate 35 and S. Lone Elm Road was struck and killed. Police say this happened at about 6:15 on Thursday night and the victim was 37 years old. It’s official: Buc-ee’s is coming to the Kansas City metro Investigators say a man driving a pickup truck hit the woman, and while emergency crews attempted to save her life, she died at the scene. Police haven't identified her yet.
