Police said a man was walking when he was struck by a pickup truck, which then "proceeded to run over the victim multiple times, before fleeing."
A person who witnessed it all followed the truck and reported everything to police. The truck was eventually pulled over and the 25-year-old driver was detained. Police said the driver was known to officers.
An employee who works nearby told FOX40.com that their security cameras likely did not capture the crash because they are pointed toward the interior of the business.
Police said that they are investigating the circumstances of the crash.
