CONCORD, NC — Joshua Stinson will remain in jail for allegedly peeping on a woman inside the restroom at Concord Mills. The Concord Police Department arrested Stinson on charges of second degree trespassing and secretly peeping. The victim she tells WCCB the  whole experience was traumatic. She took a video of the incident and police say that video is how they identified Stinson. Police say Stinson was already banned from concord mills prior the incident. The 29-year-old was given no bond.
