What California counties did Trump flip red in the 2024 presidential election?

(FOX 5/KUSI) -- Vice President Kamala Harris secured the winning vote against opponent and former President Donald Trump in her home state. Nonetheless, there were multiple California counties that flipped red for the Republican ticket this election cycle.
As seen in the graphic below, Harris ended up with over half the the Golden State's vote as of Thursday, Nov. 7, 2024, with more votes still being counted ahead of election certification. This garnered 54 electoral votes for the Democrat candidate, the most given out any other state.

On the contrary, Trump was able to secure 40% of the vote as of Thursday, Nov. 7, 2024, which is more than he was able to rally when he took on President Joe Biden in 2020. That election year, Trump tallied in 34.3% of California voters.
According to Golden State election maps provided by the Associated Press, Trump flipped 10 counties to red during the 2024 presidential election -- as of Nov. 7, 2024 -- that had previously been blue for Biden back in 2020. Those counties include Butte, Nevada, San Joaquin, Stanislaus, Merced, Inyo, Fresno, San Bernardino, Riverside, and Orange.
Despite the 10 California counties shifting to red, the Democrat candidate still found herself taking the majority of votes statewide. As for the country as a whole, the bulk vote was in Trump's favor. He was elected the 47th president of the U.S. on Wednesday.
