After some turbulent weather days, high pressure has settled in across northeast Indiana and northwest Ohio. As a result, we have enjoyed a lot of sunshine today! Take a look at the view this afternoon from Fort Wayne! It is a beautiful November day! Here's the view from Fort Wayne this afternoon! Temperatures are certainly cooler, but still pretty seasonable for early November. Look for clear skies to continue on this evening into tonight. Low temperatures overnight will dip down into the mid-to-upper 30s, so grab the coat as you're heading out the door for work or school early Friday morning. Clear skies continue this evening.Temperatures will drop off quickly.We're down in the mid-to-upper 30s for most locations by daybreak Friday. Friday will be another nice day, with mostly sunny skies and temperatures will climb back into the lower 60s. Get outside and enjoy it, but keep in mind we could see wind gusts up to 20 mph at times. Only a few clouds pass by at times on Friday.High temperatures reach as high as the lower 60s to end the workweek. By Saturday though, clouds will be on the increase ahead of our next weather system. Expect another breezy day, with highs in the upper 50s. Clouds increase into our Saturday.Highs Saturday stay in the 50s. Periods of rain will arrive after midnight Saturday night and last into Sunday morning. The good news is by Sunday afternoon, rain chances will be on the decrease and we'll dry out completely by Sunday night. We'll take as much rain as we can get, as drought conditions persist across the area. We're looking at amounts around a half an inch to slightly above when all is said and done. Drought continues across the area.Rain Saturday night into Sunday will help the drought a bit though. We're back to upper 50s and dry on Monday and Tuesday before clouds increase again Wednesday and another system tracks in Wednesday night into Thursday.
