WILLISTON, ND (KXNET) — A man has been arrested in Williston for domestic violence after an argument between him and the woman he lives with allegedly led to him choking her. According to the Williston Police Department, on October 31, officers responded to a report of domestic violence in Williston. Upon arrival, officers determined that the couple was in a domestic relationship and lived together. Nichole Rice trial pushed back once again The woman told the officer they had an argument which turned physical, and said the man punched her forehead before choking her.
