ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — One person was hospitalized with serious injuries after a house fire in Irondequoit. According to the Irondequoit Fire Department, the fire was located on Page Avenue. When they arrived, they found the victim outside with serious burns. The victim was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital and is in serious condition. Nobody else was in the home. Fire crews said the fire started in the kitchen before it spread to the garage. They were able to get the fire under control in 10 minutes.
