US75 bridge closing for safety net installation
Nov 07, 2024
TOPEKA (KSNT) - The Kansas Department of Transportation (KDOT) will be temporarily closing a US-75 ramp on Friday.
KDOT said the US-75 flyover bridge to eastbound I-70 and Gage Boulevard will be closed from 2 a.m. until 6 a.m. on Nov. 8. KDOT said the closure will be for the installation of safety netting.
A detour will be provided taking drivers to westbound I-70, Fairlawn Road and back to eastbound I-70. The I-70 flyover bridge will be reduced to one lane. KDOT says the eastbound I-70 exit to northbound U.S. 75 and Gage Boulevard will remain open.
