(Jeff Motz/KFOR News)Jarred Jarrett (Courtesy of Lancaster County Corrections) LINCOLN–(KFOR Nov. 7)–A 40-year-old man is accused of assaulting a 22-year-old woman early Wednesday morning, inside a bathroom at the U-Stop off of 84th and Highway 6. Lincoln Police say officers were called about the assault and determined the man assaulted the woman, injuring her head and face. Jarred Jarrett was taken into custody and to a Lincoln hospital to be evaluated. Once he was released, Jarrett was arrested for third-degree assault and attempted assault by strangulation. He’s an employee of the store. The woman’s injuries were considered minor.
