INDOT: I69 traffic back to normal after vehicle fire

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) -- Traffic is back to normal following a vehicle fire on southbound I-69 in Fort Wayne Thursday morning, according to the Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT).

The fire happened near the northern interchange of I-69 and I-469, although it is unclear when the fire started or if anyone suffered injuries.
According to INDOT's TrafficWise website, two southbound lanes were closed at one point while crews worked to clean up the scene.
Crews were able to clear the road around 9:30 a.m.
