file photo   RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– The Richland County coroner has released the name of the man whose body was found after a shooting in Irmo on Wednesday, said the coroner’s office. The shooting happened at Hedgefield Court on Wednesday, Nov. 6. According to Coroner Naida Rutherford, the victim is identified as James R. Outland, 22, of Irmo, SC. “We will continue working with the Richland County Sheriff’s Department to fully investigate this shooting.” Coroner Rutherford states.
