RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- A tractor-trailer carrying six rolls of industrial-sized paper overturned on Interstate 95 South in Richmond Thursday morning. According to Virginia State Police, at around 2:30 a.m. on Thursday, Nov. 7 near 7th Street on I-95, the tractor-trailer overturned. Police continue to investigate the cause of the crash, though speed appears to be a factor. No injuries were reported.
