Teen mother and infant reported missing out of SW Bakersfield

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- Police are asking for help to locate a 16-year-old and her infant child who were last seen in southwest Bakersfield.
The Bakersfield Police Department said they are looking for Josefina Valencia, 16, and Laylah Valencia Cerda, 2 months old. They were last seen together on Oct. 25 in the 4300 block of Parker Avenue, police said. They are considered at-risk because of their ages and no prior history of being reported missing.
Josefina is described as being 5 feet, 2 inches tall and weighing 170 pounds. She has black hair, brown eyes and a nose piercing on her right nostril. She was last seen wearing a blue T-shirt and gray sweatpants.

Laylah is described as being 22 inches and weighing 15 pounds. She has black hair.
