Greensboro-based developer Koury Corp is adding to its large industrial portfolio with a new project on Gallimore Dairy Road. Koury is planning a new 160,000-square-foot speculative building, said Mike Longmore, senior vice president of commercial real estate for Koury Corp. The site is at the intersection of Gallimore Dairy Road and Chimney Rock Road near Interstate 40, N.C. Highway 68 and the Piedmont Triad International Airport.
