ALLEN COUNTY, Ind. (WANE) -- The Allen County Sheriff's Department is investigating a crash south of Fort Wayne Wednesday evening. Deputies are investigating near the intersection of U.S. 27 and Flatrock Road. Indiana State Police vehicles were also spotted at the scene. The Allen County Sheriff's Department confirmed that there were injuries in the crash, but other details are unclear at this time. Authorities also sent out a mobile push notification urging drivers to avoid the area for the next few hours. WANE 15 has a crew heading to the scene and will provide updates as we learn more.
