ROCK HILL, S.C. — Police say a man was killed and a woman was injured in a double shooting in Rock Hill. Officers say they responded to Amelia Avenue in reference to a shooting at 12:46pm on Wednesday, November 6th. When officers arrived on the scene, they located a woman sitting in a driveway with gunshot wounds to her hand and head, according to a news release. The victim told officers there was a man in a vehicle on the street who was also shot, according to police. Officers say they checked the vehicle and found a man dead from injuries he sustained in the shooting. The woman was taken to Piedmont Medical Center for treatment. Police have not released any suspect information at this time. Anyone with information on this shooting is asked to call 911. Check back for updates.
