Coroner IDs pedestrian, 15, killed in Ridgecrest hitandrun

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- A 15-year-old girl who died after being hit by a vehicle that left the scene has been identified. Cecelia Tousaint died early Oct. 26 after being hit at the intersection of West Las Flores Avenue and North Florence Street in Ridgecrest, according to coroner's officials. She was a resident of Trona. Sheriff's officials said the driver was wanted for hit and run.
