Public comment hearing set for Livingston County solar development

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — Livingston County residents can share their opinions about the planned White Creek Solar development in a public comment hearing Wednesday. The solar farm would be built in the towns of York and Leicester. A public hearing and comment session will take place November 13 at 6:00 p.m. at the York Town Hall.
