The KSN Storm Track 3 Weather Team says a winter weather advisory is in effect for some counties in northwest Kansas due to potential accumulating snow. Kansas Department of Transportation cameras show snow starting to cover roads west of Goodland. The National Weather Service in Goodland reported moderate to heavy snow at 9:40 a.m. MT.
