NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) - A multi-vehicle crash near Tidewater Drive caused delays on I-64 Wednesday morning. According to the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT), all west lanes were closed on I-64R near Tidewater drive due to the crash. All lanes have since reopened. Police said the crash occurred just after 7 a.m. and involved four vehicles. No life threatening injuries were reported. Traffic cam near the scene shows heavy traffic leading up the the crash.
