PULASKI COUNTY, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) – A Pulaski County teenager charged in connection with a deadly moped crash is set for a preliminary hearing on Wednesday. State police report that 19-year-old Kayleigh Dismuke faces charges of DUI and vehicular homicide.
The crash occurred on October 27, when Dismuke allegedly rear-ended a moped on U.S. 27 near East Frog Hollow Road, resulting in the death of 31-year-old Dino Collins. According to investigators, alcohol is believed to have been a contributing factor in the incident.
