INDIANAPOLIS — An individual has died after a crash on the near north side, according to the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department. On Wednesday at approximately 1:04 a.m., officers were dispatched on a report of a personal injury accident in the area of East 30th Street and Fall Creek Parkway N Drive. On the way to the crash, emergency crews learned that the collision was upgraded to a serious bodily injury vehicle accident. Upon arrival to the scene, officers found an adult male victim. He was transported to Methodist Hospital in critical condition. The victim was pronounced dead at the hospital. The crash was a single-vehicle accident. (File/Getty) This is an active investigation.
