ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — After breaking our record high temperature yesterday, Mother Nature decided to keep the warmth around for a bit longer. We are warm to start off this morning with temperatures already in the upper 60s. A cold front is currently lingering to our west and will slice through the area during the morning hours. Temperatures will stay steady throughout much of the day today before starting to decrease in the late afternoon hours. Clouds will also start to move out of the during the afternoon hours. Partly cloudy skies stick around for Thursday before clearing out completely on Friday. Temperatures for both days will range in the mid to upper 50s. It will be a beautiful way to end the week! 8-Day Forecast To kick off our weekend, those sunny skies will persist on through Saturday. Temperatures will be noticeably cooler, only reaching the low 50s for highs. Scattered rain showers will move into the area starting Sunday, giving us a rainy end to the weekend. Temperatures will be marginally warmer. Highs for Monday and Tuesday will range in the upper 50s to low 60s. Clouds look to dominate our skies for Wednesday, but the warmth will continue on.
