(NewsNation) — A top Kamala Harris aide told attendees at the campaign’s gathering Tuesday night that the vice president plans to address the nation on Wednesday. "Thank you for believing in the promise of America ... We still have votes to count. We still have states that have not been called yet," Harris campaign co-chair Cedric Richmond said. Harris campaign manager Jen O'Malley Dillon sent out a letter to staff on Tuesday night, assuring them that the current closeness of the race was "exactly what we prepared for." In the email, Dillon said staff have known all along that this is a "razor-thin race."
