ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – Albuquerque Fire Rescue was called to the AT&T building in downtown Albuquerque after a man climbed scaffolding on the building. They were called out about 5 p.m. Reporter sues City of Albuquerque over fees for public records requests They said the man managed to climb 12 levels which was 150 feet above the street before he stopped. They said he appeared to be intoxicated and was not moving in a coordinated manner. He was found laying on the scaffolding. AFR was able to rescue the man in about an hour and he was taken to the hospital in stable conditon.
